湿気を避け、カビを防いで保管を
型崩れ防止をしてから保管を
鞄やハンドバッグなどを保管する場合には、新聞紙を丸めてちょうど入る大きさにし、もう１枚の新聞紙でくるんで、さらにキッチンペーパーで包み、それをそれぞれの鞄やハンドバッグにつめます。こうすることで型崩れを防ぎ、中の湿気を取るのにも役立ちます。そのうえで不織布のように通気性のいい素材の袋に入れ、直射日光の入らない、風通しのいい場所で保管します。
長期間保管は陰干しをしてから
皮革製品を長期間保管するときは、まず、カビの栄養分になってしまう汚れやホコリをできるだけ取り除くことが大切です。汚れた部分や金属部分のくもりなどをふき取り、陰干しにして、少し乾かしてから保管するようにします。

做防变形处理后进行保管
保管皮包和手提包候，把报纸团成刚好放进去的大小，再用一张报纸包起来，外面用厨房用纸包裹，将其放进每个包和手提包里。这样可以防止变形，也起到去除里面潮气的作用。然后放进无纺布一类的通气性好的袋子里，在避光通风处保管。
长期保存前需先阴干
皮革制品长期保存时，首先要尽可能地除去成为霉的营养物质的污垢和灰尘。擦去污垢和发雾的金属部位等，稍作阴干处理后再进行保存。

가방이나 핸드백 등을 보관할 때는 가방이나 핸드백에 들어갈 크기로 신문지를 말아서 또 다른 신문지로싼 다음 키친 타올로 다시 한 번 싸서 가방이나 핸드백 속에 넣습니다. 이렇게 하면 변형을 방지하고 내부 습기를 제거하는데 도움이 됩니다. 그러고 나서 부직포처럼 통기성이 좋은 소재로 된 주머니에 넣어 직사광선이 들어 오지 않고 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에 보관합니다.
장기간 보관은 그늘에서 건조시킨 후
피혁제품을 장기간 보관할 때는 먼저 곰팡이의 영양분이 될 수 있는 더러움과 먼지를 최대한 제거하는 것이 중요합니다. 더러운 부분과 금속 부분의 습기 등을 닦아 내고 그늘에서 건조시킨 후 보관합니다.
